How Okeyhaul works, from cart to courier
This is how to order through Okeyhaul, step by step. An order passes through six named states. The names are the agent's own, and two of them mean less than they appear to. Read this once and the status line stops being mysterious.
Pending payment
the order exists, nothing has been bought yet
Paid

the buyer is ordering from the seller, or has ordered and is waiting
Shipped
the seller has dispatched, the parcel is crossing China

What Okeyhaul does differently, and when you should use another agent
Okeyhaul combines purchasing, warehouse handling and international shipping. Compare supported marketplaces, inspection scope, route restrictions and claim terms with your intended order.
What Okeyhaul publishes that is genuinely less common is a priced, bounded promise on one specific stage. Tick the priority purchase option and the purchasing step is stated to happen within 4 hours, for 5 CNY per per commodity order (OG). The important half of that sentence is the definition of the clock: it runs in the buyer's working hours, and those hours are published per platform. For third-party platforms outside the big marketplaces they are weekdays only, so a Friday evening order can sit until Monday without the promise being broken.
Where it does not help. The priority option touches purchasing and nothing else. It does not move the seller, who is the longest stage, and it does not move the flight. If your parcel is slow, this is usually not the lever.
When to use another agent. If you need a source platform Okeyhaul has not connected, the roadmap is not a substitute. If freight dominates your total, compare carriers rather than agents. And if you want to browse before registering, test the search field first.
Source: Okeyhaul help article 240, read 2026-10-07. Quoted: "the order with the "priority purchase" service checked will be processed within 4 hours of the buyer's working time" The per-platform working hours are published on the same page.
Choosing an agent, on evidence rather than on feel
Five things you can check before you pay anybody. Each one is answerable from published pages, which is the point: none of them requires you to trust a review.

| What to check | Why it decides anything | Okeyhaul, as published 2026-10-07 |
|---|---|---|
| Who the operating company is | A named company with a registered address is someone a payment dispute can reach. A brand name alone is not. | EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED, Suite 302, 4 Station Square, Cambridge, England, CB1 2GE. |
| Which platforms it buys from | This is a hard capability limit, not a preference. It decides whether your link can be processed at all. | Taobao, TMALL, 1688. Other platforms are described as being connected later. |
| What the check actually covers | Agents that publish the exclusions are agents you can hold to them. Vague promises of quality control cannot be tested. | Appearance only, with several categories never opened. The exclusions are written down on the QC page. |
| Whether handling times are numbers | Hour figures can be measured against. "Fast" cannot. | Hours published for each warehouse stage, plus one paid option with a stated window. |
| How long storage runs | This sets your deadline for combining orders, and a wrong assumption here costs the whole parcel. | Three different published periods in three different places. See pitfalls. |
Swapping agents swaps which clocks you are standing in
This whole site is about waiting: the stretch before a warehouse has your parcel, and the stretch after. The other agents in this market run those same two stretches. Changing agent does not shorten either one; it moves the line between them, and where that line sits is the only thing about a rival worth reading.
The storage window is the clock you can actually use. It is the number of days a parcel sits paid-for and unshipped while you wait for the rest of an order to land. A longer window is not a perk, it is permission to consolidate slowly, which is the single biggest lever on freight per item. In the set below it runs from ninety days to a hundred. Ten days sounds like nothing until it is the ten days a slow seller takes to dispatch.
The platform list decides whether the clock starts at all. Okeyhaul buys from Taobao, TMALL, 1688, and its pages say other major China platforms are being connected later. A link outside that set does not wait in a queue, it never enters one. You find that out after choosing, which is the most expensive way to learn it.
The conversion is the clock you cannot see. It applies once, at the moment your currency becomes CNY, and unlike freight it is not itemised anywhere on the order. It is also the figure most likely to be different next month.
The chart below plots those alongside one shipped rate, for seven names including this one. The three are deliberately not added together: a combined score would hide exactly the trade-off that matters, which is that the agent with the patient storage clock and the agent with the cheap freight are usually not the same agent.
Before you commit
Three questions worth asking before the first order
Ask these of any agent, including this one. The answers are all public, which means a vague answer is itself an answer.
Which stage of this does your published time actually cover?
Okeyhaul publishes 12h for procurement, 3h for the check and 4h for packing. Those cover the warehouse, and the warehouse only. Any agent quoting a single headline figure is quoting one stage and letting you assume the rest.
Whose working hours is that clock keeping?
The priority window runs in the buyer's working hours, and for third-party platforms those are published as weekdays only. A window measured in working hours is a different promise from the same number of real hours.
What happens if the price has moved by the time you are bought for?
Someone has to cover the gap, and the published answer is that you do. Knowing the mechanism before it happens turns a surprise into an expected step. The four moments money moves sets them out.
Questions about the process
What does "Has been stored" actually mean?
That your item has arrived at the warehouse and been shelved. It does not mean anything has been shipped to you. The state after it, which Okeyhaul spells "Avaliable for shipment", is the one where you choose a carrier and pay freight.
Do I pay once or twice?
Twice, as a minimum, and the two payments are for different things. The first covers the goods and their journey to the warehouse. The second covers international freight and packing, and it cannot be quoted until the parcel has been weighed. What still changes has the breakdown.
Is the priority option worth 5 CNY?
Only if purchasing is your bottleneck, and usually it is not. Compare its stated 4 hour window against a seller dispatch of 3 to 7 days and the answer is normally no. It earns its fee on time sensitive restocks, not on routine orders.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Only in a narrow window, and only before the seller has dispatched. After the item has arrived, a change becomes a return and the return delivery fee is yours. Pitfalls has the published terms.
Place an Okeyhaul order, step by step
- Open the seller listing and save the URL, seller, variant, size chart and current price.
- Paste the URL into Okeyhaul. If it cannot be read, use the custom-order form and fill the product and seller details yourself.
- Confirm colour, size, quantity and domestic delivery. Add a specific measurement or photo request if it affects your decision.
- Review the first payment and the payment method’s conversion or handling cost. Goods payment is separate from the later international parcel invoice.
- Read status changes and messages until warehouse arrival. Compare QC with the order and ask about a return or missing photo before the relevant deadline.
- Select the items to ship, packing and eligible route. Review the final quote before the shipping payment.
