Okeyhaul Spreadsheet FindsWhich days belong to the seller, which hours belong to Okeyhaul

Before it ships: the days that are not Okeyhaul's to own

Every published handling figure in this market describes what happens inside a warehouse. Almost none of them describe how the item gets to the warehouse, and that is routinely the longest stretch of the whole order.

The warehouse is in Shenzhen. Your seller may be anywhere in China. Okeyhaul publishes the domestic transit it sees: around 1 working day from the Pearl River Delta on its doorstep, around 3 working days from the Yangtze River Delta, and around 7 working days from anywhere further out. Before any of that starts, the seller has to actually hand the parcel over, which for a typical listing is published at 3 to 7 days.

So the honest shape of a first order is this. A stretch nobody at Okeyhaul controls, then a stretch Okeyhaul controls and publishes hours for, then a flight. The middle stretch is the short one. This page is about the first.

The pre-warehouse clock

Work out how long before the warehouse even sees it

Pick the kind of listing, the province it ships from and whether you paid for priority purchasing. The result is the span before the published warehouse hours start, which is the number no agent quotes you.

Every input below maps to a figure Okeyhaul publishes. Nothing here is modelled, estimated or averaged from anywhere else, and the sources are listed under the result.

Three legs, three different parties

A parcel changes hands at least three times before it reaches you, and no two of those hands answer to each other. Working out which leg you are on tells you whether there is anybody to chase.

Leg one

The seller, then a courier the seller picked

The seller chooses the packing and the domestic carrier. Okeyhaul has no relationship with either. Published at 3 to 7 days for a typical listing, same day for a platform-operated product, and outside any stated range for anything customised or on pre-sale.

This is also where stock surprises land: sellers do not keep their inventory figures current, so an order can be processed and then come back as unavailable.

Leg two

Okeyhaul, inside the warehouse

The only leg with published hour figures: 12h to procure, 3h to check, 4h to pack. This is the stretch the marketing describes, and it is measured in hours while the others are measured in days.

It is also the only leg where paying more changes anything, and even then only the first of those three numbers.

Leg three

A carrier you choose and pay separately

Quoted from the day the parcel leaves, not the day you ordered. Okeyhaul publishes 10-12 days to Europe and 12-15 days to North America. You pick the carrier at this point, and the freight cannot be quoted until the parcel has been weighed.

Judging it

How to judge a seller, and judging a listing before you commit

You cannot read reviews of a seller you are reaching through an agent, so judgement has to come from the listing itself. Five signals, each one about dispatch risk rather than quality, because dispatch is the part that costs you weeks.

Okeyhaul help article 211, read 2026-10-07. Quoted: "Because some sellers don't update their online inventory in time, so you may be told that commodities are out of sales after we check and process your orders."
SignalWhat it tells youWhat to do about it
The listing is marked pre-sale or made to orderIt sits outside every published dispatch range. Okeyhaul states the 3 to 7 days window explicitly excludes these.Treat it as an unknown number of weeks, and do not combine it in a parcel with anything you need soon.
The product is platform-operated rather than from an affiliated merchantPublished dispatch drops to same day, against 3 to 5 days for an affiliated merchant.Where two listings are otherwise equal, this is the one that moves.
The seller is far from GuangdongDomestic transit runs around 1 working day near the warehouse and around 7 working days from distant provinces. The seller's location is a real part of your timeline.Use the clock above with the right province rather than assuming the best case.
The variant you want is one of many on the listingSize is judged at the check against your final order comment. An unstated size cannot fail a check.State the variant in the order remark, in the first few words, before anything polite.
The stock figure looks healthyIt is not evidence. Okeyhaul publishes that sellers do not update inventory in time and that you may be told goods are unavailable after processing.Have a second listing in mind before you order, not after you are told.
Once it is bought, the price can still move. What still changes after you pay has the four published moments.

Everything you want to say must be said before you submit

The order remark is the only channel into a transaction you are not party to. It is read once, by whoever buys on your behalf, and after that the window has closed. Three things belong in it.

An Okeyhaul help page stating that seller giveaways belong to the buyer and are packed with the product
Okeyhaul help article 220, read 2026-10-07. Quoted: "For all the giveaways from sellers, whatever the value they have, they all belong to you, Okeyhaul will pack it all with the product and sent it together to you." The caveat on the same page is that Okeyhaul "Okeyhaul can not ensure you that sellers will sents out the giveaways as you want".
  1. The variant, spelled out

Size, colour and any option that the listing leaves ambiguous. At the check, size is judged against your final comment or last amendment, so a size you only thought about is a size that cannot fail.

  2. A request for the giveaways

Okeyhaul states that every giveaway a seller includes belongs to you whatever its value, and that it packs them with the product. The catch is published in the same breath: it cannot ensure sellers send them. The published action is to ask in the order remark at submission, which costs nothing and occasionally works.

  3. Anything that would otherwise become a return

An exchange is only possible while the seller has not dispatched. Once the goods have been sent, the published answer is that an exchange is not available, and after arrival the return delivery fee is yours. The remark is cheaper than the return.

Where this clock stops

The pre-warehouse clock ends when the item is shelved. What follows is a different set of numbers with a different owner, and they are published separately.

Once you submit the parcel, Okeyhaul states that it ships within 24 hours and that the logistics provider arranges a pick-up within 2 working days. Read the second half carefully: it is the provider's working days, and the same page notes they do not work at weekends or on public holidays. A parcel submitted on a Friday evening can sit until the following week without any published promise being broken.

That is the honest end of this page. The flight, the weight, the customs and the check all belong to the stages after it.
