Who writes this guide, and who runs Okeyhaul
Two different parties, and keeping them apart is the point of this page.
Okeyhaul is operated by EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED, registered at Suite 302, 4 Station Square, Cambridge, England, CB1 2GE. That is taken from the footer carried on every one of its pages, pictured below. It is the party that holds your money, buys your goods and ships your parcel, and it is the only party with access to your order.
This guide is independent of it. We are not Okeyhaul, we are not owned by it, and we have no authority over any order. Nobody here can look up your parcel, release a held shipment or change a declaration. Every figure on this site is quoted from Okeyhaul's own published pages with the article number and the date we read it, so that you can check us against the source rather than take our word.
For an actual order or parcel, use Okeyhaul’s official support. This independent guide cannot access your account, change a declaration or process a refund.

What this site does, and what it refuses to do
Worth being explicit, because plenty of sites in this market are vaguer than they need to be about all three of these.
Quote the operator against itself, with dates
Every number here carries the help article it came from and the day we read it. Where Okeyhaul's own pages disagree with each other, we publish all the readings side by side rather than choosing the flattering one. The clock on the pre-warehouse page computes from those published figures and from nothing else.
Invent a figure, or soften one
No made-up delivery estimates, no invented fees, no review scores, no stock claims and no discounts. If we could not find something published, this site says we could not find it. Where a route on Okeyhaul did not work when we tried it, we say that too.
Anything at all about your order
We hold no account, see no orders and have no channel to the warehouse. Okeyhaul also publishes its own limit on what it is responsible for, and it is worth reading in its own words: Third-party shopping platforms, some transactions may differ in specifications and sizes. OkeyHaul is not responsible for any returns or exchanges.
