Okeyhaul Spreadsheet FindsWhich days belong to the seller, which hours belong to Okeyhaul

Okeyhaul help and FAQ

Okeyhaul keeps a help centre, and most of what this whole guide quotes comes out of it. It is worth going to directly when you need the authoritative wording rather than our reading of it: the help index.

Two routes are worth knowing about before you need them. The notice feed is where changes get announced, and the freight estimate page is where a shipping argument gets settled with a number.

Two routes did not work when we tried them on 2026-10-07, and it is only fair to say so: the search field sent us to a sign-in page before showing any results, and three paths we found referenced went nowhere.

Jargon

Terms you'll see, and the abbreviations nobody expands

This market runs on abbreviations that are never defined on the page where they first appear. Ten of them, grouped by what getting them wrong actually costs you. Every definition below is the published one, with its source article.

Narrower than they sound

Three words that promise more than they deliver

QC. Okeyhaul's word for an appearance check: model, style, size. It is not an authenticity check and not a function test. Article 208.

Has been stored. An order state meaning the goods reached the warehouse and were signed for. Shelving still waits on inspection and weighing, so it does not mean the parcel can move. Article 217.

Giveaway. A free extra from the seller. It belongs to the buyer, but no one can make the seller include it. Article 220.

Each of these reads like a guarantee and is not one. QC is an appearance check, shelving is not shipping, and a giveaway is yours only if the seller sends it.

They decide your bill

Four words that appear on an invoice before they appear in a sentence

Volume weight. Length times width times height divided by the carrier's divisor. Compared against actual weight. Article 256.

Chargeable weight. Whichever of volume weight and actual weight is larger. This is the number the freight is billed on. Article 256.

Shortfall. A top-up the seller asks for after the order was already paid, because the seller changed the price. The official page notes it usually arrives labelled as a delivery fee. Article 214.

OG. One commodity order. The priority-purchase fee is charged per OG, not per parcel. Article 240.

If you only learn two terms from this page, learn the first two. They are the reason a light parcel can cost what a heavy one does.

They decide your deadline

Three words that mean a step has become yours to take

Avaliable for shipment. The next state after shelving: the goods can be put on an international waybill. This is the first moment the parcel is yours to move. Article 217.

Abnormal package. A parcel that was signed for but whose order was never submitted, or whose logistics information was never completed. Its storage clock is 60 days from Signed for, not the ordinary period. Article 227.

Declaration method. The value and description written on the customs form. The platform chooses it, not the buyer. Article 246.

The first is spelled exactly as Okeyhaul spells it, which is how you will find it in the interface. It is the first state where you have something to do.

The questions a first order actually raises

Each answer links to the page that carries the published wording and the source article, rather than restating it here.

What is an Okeyhaul Spreadsheet, in one sentence?

A browsable storefront of real listings grouped by what the object is, used to find an item and learn what sellers call it before you buy. How to read one.

How long does an order take?

The warehouse stage is published in hours. Everything around it is published in days, and the longest stretch belongs to the seller. Work out your own clock.

Why is the final price higher than the listing?

A total is assembled from four published parts, and four separate documented moments can move it after you have paid once. All four, with their sources.

What exactly does the check look at?

Appearance: model, style and size. Several categories are never opened, and for electronics authenticity, function and quality are named exclusions. The quoted scope.

How do I read the photographs I am sent?

In four passes, starting with what the published check already covered and finishing with the one escalation route that exists. The method.

Which payment route costs me least in conversion?

The one with a single conversion, fixed at the moment you fund it. Okeyhaul recommends the same route in writing. Why, with the quote.

Is the priority purchase option worth paying for?

It buys a stated 4 hour window on the purchasing step only, for 5 CNY per commodity order (OG), and the window runs in buyer working hours. What it does and does not cover.

How long will my items be held before I have to ship them?

Okeyhaul publishes three different periods in three different places. Plan on the shortest. All three, side by side.

Can I return something?

Inside a narrow published window, with ten categories listed as outside it, and with the seller having the final say. The window and the exclusions.
