Okeyhaul Spreadsheet: finds, order checks and parcel planning

Browse 16 product categories, check the original listing and follow an Okeyhaul order through the warehouse to delivery. Each guide explains the next decision, from size and seller to QC and freight.

Describe the object, not the label you hope it copies. Plain nouns return far more than a brand name does.

An Okeyhaul Spreadsheet is a browsable storefront of listings grouped by what the object is, so you browse by category rather than guess at a search term before you know what the thing is called. Each shelf below carries a note about how that category behaves once it is a real parcel: what gets charged on space rather than weight, what sits longest with the seller, what never gets opened at the check.

Black and white low-top sneakers, one standing on its box and one held up in a handSneakersBoxed pairs are bulky for their weight, so the tape measure often sets the bill, not the scale.Navy and black bomber jacket worn from behind, a zip running across the back panel, with a beanieJackets and coatsPadded coats are the textbook case of a parcel charged on the space it fills.Grey washed zip-up hooded work jacket with a paper tag still attached, laid flat on carpetHoodiesHeavy enough to register on the scale, soft enough to compress. Usually billed on actual weight.Brown t-shirt laid flat on concrete, the back print reading is hard to find above a heartT-shirtsFlat and light, which makes it the cheapest thing to add to a parcel you are already sending.Faded wide-leg distressed jeans flat on a dark floor, a tag still at the waistbandJeansDense and heavy. Here the scale wins and the tape measure is irrelevant.Black track pants with three stripes down each leg, worn, beside a clear plastic chairSweatpantsSizing is the usual complaint, and size is judged against your last order comment, not your intention.Cream and black fur-hood puffer coats hanging side by side on a clothes railWomenswearNo standing category of its own, so this entry runs as a search rather than a fixed shelf.Black football training top with red shoulder panels, shown with matching black training pantsFootball shirtsNames and numbers are printed to order, which pushes the seller past the usual dispatch window.Brown monogram canvas crossbody bag with blue trim and a wide black shoulder strapBagsRigid and boxy. Understand the catalogue

What is an Okeyhaul Spreadsheet?

A browsable product list with photographs, category links and routes back to the original seller. It helps you find and compare an item; the seller controls availability and the agent handles the order you submit.

Why use this Okeyhaul Spreadsheet?

The category notes connect your find with a useful size, QC or packing check. The guides and stage tool help you understand what comes next without treating a product card as a quality guarantee or an international shipping quote.

What is Okeyhaul?

Okeyhaul is a buying agent. You do not buy from Okeyhaul: you point it at a listing on a Chinese platform, it buys the item on your behalf, receives it at a warehouse in Shenzhen, checks it, and then ships it onward to you. The listings it can buy from are Taobao, TMALL, 1688, and the pages say other large platforms are being connected later.

Two consequences follow, and most first-order frustration comes from missing them. The seller is still a stranger choosing their own packing and their own courier. And the item has to physically travel across China to the warehouse before any of the published handling times start counting.

Okeyhaul is operated by EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED, Suite 302, 4 Station Square, Cambridge, England, CB1 2GE.

A practical order sequence

How to use the Okeyhaul Spreadsheet and agent

  1. Find and verify. Open the original listing, check the seller, size and colour, and save the URL with the exact variant.
  2. Order and pay for the purchase. Paste the URL into Okeyhaul or use a custom order. Confirm goods, domestic freight and selected services before the first payment.
  3. Review warehouse QC. Match photos to the order. Ask for missing evidence and resolve returns before choosing the parcel.
  4. Quote, ship and track. Select packing and a route that accepts the contents, review the packed-weight quote and pay freight. Keep tracking and inspect delivery.

Choosing the agent

Why choose Okeyhaul?

Okeyhaul can purchase from supported marketplaces and put the received items through warehouse checks before international shipping. Its public order-state and service descriptions help you ask specific questions about where a purchase is waiting.

Compare the current destination routes, total charges, inspection limits and return terms with your own needs. Published handling targets describe individual stages; they do not establish a delivery date for the whole order.

When you should use somebody else. If your parcel is a single light item and freight is the whole cost, compare carriers rather than agents, because the warehouse stage is hours and the flight is days. If you need the search box to work before you commit, note that it asked us to sign in. And if you need a platform outside Taobao, TMALL, 1688, this is the wrong agent today, whatever the roadmap says.

Guides, Help Center and common questions

Official support and glossary · Returns, storage and problem orders · Notices and community evidence · About this guide

Why does my order still say paid days after I paid?

“Paid” confirms payment, not dispatch. Read the order messages and ask the agent whether purchasing has started. Seller dispatch and domestic transit are later stages; the status alone does not establish which delay applies.

Can I pay to make it faster?

Only one stage of it. The paid priority option applies to the purchasing step inside the warehouse, and it is charged per commodity order. It does not touch the seller, the domestic courier or the flight. How Okeyhaul works sets out what it covers.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

No, and this is the single most common surprise. The total is assembled from several parts, and at least four separate moments can move it after you have already paid once. What still changes lists all of them with the official wording.

Does the check mean the item is authentic or that it works?

No. The published scope is appearance only, and several kinds of item are never opened at all. QC and shipping quotes the exclusions.

How long will the warehouse hold my items?

Okeyhaul publishes three different answers to that in three different places. We show all three rather than picking the flattering one, on pitfalls.
